Major General Jack McMullen USAF (ret) is a senior consultant for Two Blue Aces, LLC. Two Blue Aces is a leadership firm that specializes in strategic reviews, business plan development, and leadership/mentor training.
Jack transitioned from the USAF after over 30 years of service. He has over 18 year of executive leadership experience in every aspect of military operational management. He has directed organizations ranging in size from 30 to 100,000 employees. Jack commanded at the Squadron, Group, twice at the Wing level and also commanded an Air Expeditionary Task force in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.
Jack’s air force career culminated as the Deputy Commander, Air Combat Command where he oversaw daily operations for the command operating 1,300 aircraft from 70 operating bases worldwide. He also ensured 100K airmen were properly organized, trained and equipped to conduct combat air power operations in accordance with timelines and objective set by National Leaders.
Jack received his Air Force commission through Officer Training School in March 1988. He is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Fighter Weapons School, and also served as an instructor pilot there. In 2001, he attended the Air Force School of Advanced Airpower Studies and also graduated from the National War College. Jack earned his Bachelors and Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Jack is a command pilot with over 3,000 hours in the F-15C, F-22A, MC-12W, and the C-130J. He flew combat mission in OPERATION DESERT STORM AND ENDURING FREEDOM.
