R. Todd Dantzler, CCIM, is a Senior Consultant for Two Blue Aces and is a managing partner at Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty, the largest commercial real estate firm in Polk County. He is a well-known authority on commercial properties and land use in Polk County and surrounding areas. Todd specializes in site and market analysis for various clients and institutions, sales of commercial and investment properties, and commercial leasing. Todd has been active in Polk County real estate for over 40 years.

In 2010, Todd was elected to the Polk County Board of County Commissioners and re-elected without opposition in 2014, and served as the Chairman of the Commission in 2014 and 2018. As a County Commissioner, he served on the Polk Transportation Planning Organization, the Finance Committee, and the Community Relations Advisory Council. For six years he was the Commission liaison to the Central Florida Development Council, the economic development arm of the County.

Todd was recognized as the 2012 Florida Realtor® of the Year. In 2000, he was elected President of the Florida Realtors® -- the youngest president in the history of Florida Realtors®. He is a current member of their board of directors, past Treasurer of the Florida Realtors, and past chairman of the Executive Committee, Legislative Committee, Investment Committee and Affordable Housing Task Force of the Florida Realtors®.  Todd is the past chairman of the Winter Haven Hospital Board of Trustees. Winter Haven Hospital Baycare is major medical center serving Polk, Hilsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties and is the largest private employer in East Polk County.

 

Todd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Florida and is a member of the Florida Blue Key at UF.
