SEU Flight Academy

I was thrilled to have the chance in May to talk to Air Force ROTC and Junior ROTC cadets learning to fly at Southeastern University’s flight academy. We talked about what it takes to be a successful aviator, especially a pilot in today’s United States Air Force. I was proud to share my love for our Air Force and its Airmen, how we all “bleed blue” and share a common purpose. These young leaders impressed me with their understanding of responsibility, competence, character, and accountability—they get the Air Force’s Core Values and are both getting a great chance to learn to fly at Southeastern and a real-life opportunity to practice Integrity, Service, and Excellence. We had fun applying lessons from Leadership from 30,000 Feet by my colleagues at Two Blue Aces. The cadets’ passion for flying and willingness to explore tough leadership problems fired up this senior aviator. Thank you to Southeastern University and Joe Childs Southeastern University’s Director of Aviation Programs for giving me the chance to get recharged with the cadets.

These are the types of events Two Blue Aces executive consultants specialize in. If you have a potential collaboration we'd be happy to discuss it with you!
